We are “Looking” for the next “Urban Girl”A

TALENT SEARCH SHOWCASE FEATURING FEMALE SINGERS, DANCERS,
RAPPERS, AND GROUPS FROM THE ENTIRE DFW METROPLEX!

The greatest youth talent event of ’09 is only a few days away!

June 1, 2009—In less than 1 week talented female artists, praise dancers, singers, rappers and the like will come together for the Urban Girl Youth Talent Search in Dallas, Texas on June 6, 2009. Talented young ladies between the ages of 5-18 will grace the stage at the Singing Hills Recreation Center to sing, dance and perform. This event is a talent search and showcase that provides an opportunity for young people to pursue their dreams and be introduced to multiple opportunities.

Young ladies in our community need to be recognized not only for their beauty but also for their unique talents, and now is their chance! The organizer of this event, Ground Floor Productionz, is a Dallas based organization that is devoted to promoting awareness; change and educating the community concerning at-risk youth and under privileged kids. We are proud to present the Urban Girl Youth Talent Search, a dynamic talent experience featuring some of the most talented girls in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.

Performers will be judged and prizes awarded for 1st-3rd place in the following divisions: Division I (5-11) and Division II (12-18). First Place winners will receive a $200 cash award in each division and will have the chance to be featured in a newspaper/article. Registration has already started and will continue through May 29th, 2009.

If you know a Talented young lady between the ages of 5-18, then this is a must do youth talent competition. The Urban Girl Youth Talent Search is being held to find the most talented young girls in the State of Texas so if you can sing, dance, rap or play an instrument, then we want you. Entry fee is only $25 which includes a custom made goodie bag and personalized talent portfolio for your group or act.

This showcase will bring hundreds of people together in a show of unity and also encourage our youth to pursue their talents further. Come out to discover what these girls’ purpose is through song, dance, spoken word and much more! Make sure your face is in the place!
