Sales Account Executive (411 Sports & Entertainment)

411 Sports & Entertainment the leader in sports and entertainment news in Dallas, Texas is seeking seasoned sales professionals for print and online campaigns.

Successful Candidates must possess.
. STRONG SALES EXPERIENCE in Media or advertising environment
. Outstanding Verbal, Written and Presentation Skills
. Working knowledge of Local and National Sports & Entertainment Scene
. Excellent Prospecting Techniques & Follow up on customers
. Time Management Skills
. Extremely Organized, Multi-Tasking, Attention to detail
. Self-Motivated with a Positive Attitude
. Strong Negotiation & Listening Skills
. Professional Appearance
. Computer skills
. Reliable Transportation and Cell phone

Additional qualifications.
. The ability to aggressively cold call is required.
. The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to succeed, an eagerness to learn and a passion for both sports & entertainment.
. Candidates must be able to work extended hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
. Candidates must have the ability to receive direction and requests from multiple sources and effectively prioritize their work.
. Ability to handle highly confidential information is required.

Job Requirements: Job Responsibilities.
. Create sales proposals packaging 411 Sports & Entertainment for client presentation.
. Create qualified sales leads through the execution of events and activities at 411 Sports & Entertainment events
. Fully participate in the development and execution of a marketing and promotion plans, both in and out of the area.
. Make outbound calls, set and attend sales based appointments, and deliver quality customer service to maintain current client base and increase new clients.

This is a freelance/independent contractor position. No additional employee benefits included at this time.

Salary: Excellent earning potential. Commission only for training period (6 months); Base Salary + Commission after training period.
